President, Owner and Operator of Plumb Level Square (P.L.S, Inc.). I'm a General Contractor and Remodeler based out of Park City, UT and I've been building and remodeling homes since 1996. Phew. Throughout these 25 years I've carefully crafted my list of skilled-traders you can count on, since highly-skilled and trusted contractors make up a large portion of any experience and proficient construction business.
I’m also proud of the in-house crew I’ve built of experienced framers, and carpenters - that have honed their craft building complex and amazing structures in siding, soffit, fascia, decking, railings, wood ceilings, and any wood work you can name.
I’ve been a proud and very involved member of our local Park City Area Home Builders Association since 2004 and have held various roles on the committee over the years including President of the Park City Area Home Builders Association in 2010. Thank you for trusting P.L.S. to build your home with care.

25 years in Residential Construction
I've fine-tuned my custom home building process for over 25 years, resulting in trust you can count on.
Park City's steep slopes and preserved historic residencies have taught us how to remodel even the most challenging homes.
I've carefully crafted my team of expert contractors for the past two decades, leaving no project too big or too challenging.
There isn't a university that could teach you what 25 years of hands-on construction does.
Since 2004, Jason has been an devoted member of the Park City Home Builder's Association.
As Home Builders, we have a responsibility to leave God's creation better than we found it.
Picking the right General Contractor to build your dream home is, well - like picking your dream home. It's not a process that should be rushed, and seeing if we're a right fit is just as important to me as it is to you.
They say "every minute you spend planning saves you 10 minutes in execution." Let's make sure we're on the same page first.
With nearly 3 decades under my belt of Residential Construction, we'll do everything in our power to give you the Dream Home you've always wanted.
Integrity is everything, and with clear communication about what we're accomplishing together, anything is possible.
Jason did a great job on our breezeway. He pays attention to all the details to assure that the job is done properly. I would highly recommend Plumb Level Square.
Jason is a true professional in every way. He is responsive to both clients and subcontractors, he establishes a great rapport with everybody that is involved in his projects, he is true to his word and gets the job done. Consider yourself lucky to be able to work with Plumb Level Square!
I Absolutely LOVE PLS Inc. They did such a great job on my house. 100% recommendation! He did so much to the front, back, and inside of my house!
The quick answer: about one month.
This is because we don't want to rush the process of making sure we have realistic expectations for the time and price it will take to truly build the home you want.
Again, this varies a lot depending on the scale of your project, but once we have an official agreement my team and I can usually start within a few weeks.
I have a list of lenders that I prefer to work with, and I'm happy to help.
The short answer: usually under a year. The time of year (winter vs spring) can sometimes add delays, and the size of the project you're wanting to build.
Building a home is more than just putting the right contractors together, it's about working with caring, patient, and experienced builders who won't rush the process. If that's something you're interested in, then let's grab lunch!
